Privacy of applicant information
Information collected. The portal collects the particulars entered in the application (name, parentage, date of birth, gender, community, Aadhaar number, contact details, address, educational qualifications and experience) and the documents uploaded in support of those particulars (photograph, signature, self-attested copies of certificates and identity documents).
Purpose. The information is collected solely for receiving and processing applications for engagement of contractual personnel under TNFWCCB Notification No. 01/2026 — scrutiny of eligibility, shortlisting, conduct of interview and communication with the applicant.
Aadhaar. The Aadhaar number is used to ensure that only one application per position is submitted per applicant and for verification of identity at the time of scrutiny. It is stored in encrypted form; only its last four digits are displayed, except to authorised scrutiny officers.
Access. The information and documents are accessible only to the applicant (after signing in) and to authorised officers of the Bureau for processing the applications. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not available at any public link. Administrative access to documents is logged.
Communication. The e-mail address and mobile number furnished are used for one-time passwords, acknowledgements and intimations relating to this engagement process.
Retention. The records of the process are retained as part of the records of the Bureau in accordance with the applicable records-retention practice of the Government.
